All Sundays are holidays for the school.
All Saturdays will be holidays for Pre-primary sections.
There will be a Parent-teacher meeting on Every Saturday of the Month.
As per the seasons school timing will be changed.

 

  • For Boys: Light Blue trousers, and a light blue checked shirt
  • For Girls: Light Blue Tunic and light blue checked shirt and light blue ribbon/hair band with light blue tie, belt & black shoes with light blue socks. School ID, Black short slacks, and Ribbon for long-haired girls are compulsory. (light blue turban for Sikh student) Blazers for students from Class I to X on all Mon, Tue, Thurs and Fri.
  • For Boys: White Trousers and white shirt on all Wed.
  • For Girls: White Tunic with white slacks white shirt and white ribbon/hair band with white tie with red lines, belt, White shoes, socks, school ID, (white turban for Sikh students) on all Wed.

  • No leave of absence is granted except on previous written applications from parents or guardians and that too, only for serious reasons, which should be mentioned.
  • In case of illness, a leave application with a medical certificate should be sent on the 1st day of absence. Absence without leave for one continuous period of 15 days will lead to the removal of the student from the school.
  • No student who has been absent from school or is late to school will be admitted to class without a signature in his diary.

  • Discipline is an integral part of the learning process. If a student is to develop self-control he/she must be trained to bridle his/her emotions and impulses, thereby enabling him/her to live in harmony with others, respect the traditions of his/her family, keep the laws of the country and to obey the commandments of God.
  • All the students shall be acquainted with the rules and the regulations notified for their conduct. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for their violation.
  • Running, playing, or shouting inside the school building is not allowed. When passing along the corridors during class hours, students shall keep silent. Students shall be responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. The school authorities will not be responsible for the loss of articles of students and for any injury or loss of life that might happen accidentally.
  • Any damage caused to the property of the school must be immediately reported to the principal and will have to be made good.
  • Speaking in English is. Compulsory at the school and on the premises.
  • Parents and guardians will not be allowed to visit their children during school hours. In case of an emergency, the principal should be first contacted.
  • Discourtesy and disrespect to the members of the school in any form will be viewed seriously and students responsible for such misbehavior are liable to be dismissed.
  • Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend school.
  • Politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct as well as cleanliness and grace of the person are to be cherished.
  • No collection of any kind shall be made in the school. All collections must be done through the office.
No meeting, party picnic, or any Kind of organized school activity shall be arranged without the approval of the principal.

  • The Principal can be met usually between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. or by Appointment.
  • Parents are requested to keep in touch with the school authorities about their children's progress frequently. Parents must do their part in enforcing study habits, regularity, and discipline in their children.
  • Parents should personally collect the progress report whenever they are required to do so.
  • Parents should read and sign the message sent to them from time to time through the student by the Teacher or Principal in the diary. They should also acknowledge in the calendar, circulars or letters sent to them from time to time.
  • Parents and guardians should bring any complaints they may have to the principal, not to the teachers directly.
  • Gold or precious ornaments should be avoided to the maximum.
  • Students shall not be decked with any gold or precious ornaments.
  • Parents can meet the Teachers in connection with the child's performance from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. every Saturday of the month.

Physical Education is compulsory for all students. No pupil will be exempted from physical exercise or games unless specially permitted by the Principal.

This is an age for the 'fittest' and hence, healthy competition has become the keyword for success. So the students are divided into different houses. Each house has a captain, a vice-captain, and a few teacher animators. House-wise competitions are conducted to create a sense of belongingness and to make them feel the spirit of working together. Results of all such competitions are graded and recorded. Each house is given a house notice board to exhibit their talents in literary fields.

The textbooks and notebooks are available from the bookstore. Each student should possess the prescribed Textbooks and notebooks and should bring them regularly to the class as per the timetable. These books should be neatly covered and labeled.

The system of continuous comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is being followed in the school to evaluate the capabilities of the students. The examination from the Academic year 2017-2018 and onwards will be conducted as per the remodeled assessment structure. The board will conduct a Class-X examination for 80 marks in each subject covering 100% syllabus of the subject of class X only. Marks and Grades will be awarded for individual subjects. As a part of the internal assessment (20 marks), the school will conduct.
  • Three periodic written tests for 25 marks for each subject and the best two will be taken.
  • Notebook submission (5 marks) which covers Regularity, Punctuality, Assessment completion, Neatness, and Notebook upkeep in each subject.
  • Subject Enrichment Activities (5 Marks) in each subject.
The Assessment structure and examination pattern for Class IX will be replicated as above.
The Assessment structure and examinations for Class VI to VIII comprise of two Semesters and the CCE Pattern will be followed for Class I to V.
Attendance in all examinations is compulsory. As such, any student who absents himself/herself from any examination shall be marked absent for the same. Exemption shall be granted only on medical grounds, which shall be certified by a registered practitioner.
A student who takes or gives dishonest help in an examination will be debarred from the rest of the examinations. An even more drastic step, namely dismissal, may be taken by the principal. A student who has not remitted his fees may be debarred from any examination. If a student fails after repeating the same class once he/she has to leave the school. No application for reconsideration of the case of a student who has been detained in a class will be entertained except under very careful scrutiny of the valued answer scripts by the staff. There will be no re-examination at any time for any reason, except when a student is required to represent the school in some activities outside.

Every day attendance is marked in the morning before the teaching starts. As 90% of the attendance is required for the promotion, students who come late often can lose promotion. Condonation of attendance will be given only to those who secure at least 50% of marks.
Attendance on Re-opening day after the Summer, Diwali, and Christmas vacations is compulsory.

The school has different kinds of co-curricular activities aimed at the harmonious development of the students. Students are exhorted to participate in these activities wholeheartedly. The following are some of the important co-curricular activities of the school. Literary Association, Science Club. Arts Club, Athletic Club, Drawing and Painting Public Speaking, Spoken English, Quiz Contests Music and Band, Computer Programming, Karate, Skating Dance competitive exam, etc.

The fee is charged for every month of the year. We follow the installment system. The Fee for each of the four months of a term is collected once in a term. i.e. July, October, and February. It is payable during the first fifteen days of those months or, the next working day if the 15th happens to be a Holiday. The students will not be allowed to sit for any exam unless the fees are paid fully. It should not be considered as harassment. A fine of Rs. 50/- is charged after the 15th of the respective month till the end of the month If the fees are not paid by the end of the month the student is liable to be sent home, in addition to the late fee of Rs. 100/- per month till one pays the fees. Bus fees are collected at school and in advance.

  • The school has a well-stocked library consisting of books and periodicals in all subjects.
  • Books from the school library will be issued to students only during the library period for each class.
    Books for reference can be obtained from the librarian during the library hours. These books can not be taken out of the library.
    Perfect silence and order must be maintained in the library.
  • Periodicals and newspapers should not be taken out of the reading room.
All books, before they are taken out of the library, must be entered in the library issue Register.
Books are issued for the use only of the borrower hence he/she may not exchange them with or lend them to others.
Books must be examined by the borrowers before they leave the library and they must point out to the librarian any damages observed or else they will be held responsible for all damages found in the book while in their possession.
Books may not be kept for more than a week. They may, however, be extended for another week, provided the book is overdue.
In case of damage or loss of a book, the student will have to meet the loss or damage as assessed by the Librarian. In the event of one volume of a set being lost, the whole set will have to be replaced.
All library books must be returned before the Terminal and Final Examination, failing which a pupil may be debarred from the examination.

Admission: Registration for admission to the Pre-Primary is generally done in January. No refund of admission fees.
Admission to all the other classes will be done at the beginning of April depending on the availability of seats and on a merit basis. Special consideration will be given to talented students in sports and games, and cultural and literary activities.

  1. A week's notice is required before a student can be withdrawn from the school. However, the fee for the whole year must be paid before taking T.C.
  2. The T.C. Application form is available in the office which must be duly filled in by the parents.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority, malpractice in connection with examinations, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies even after warnings, or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
A student who fails more than once in the same class shall be removed from the rolls. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.

  • Be always friendly with others in and out of school.
  • Never make fun of the old or the poor.
  • Observe good manners and etiquette everywhere.
  • Avoid vulgarity in talk and behavior.
  • Lend a helping hand to everybody.
  • Be God-fearing. Take care never to offend God.
  • Never waste time. Time is precious, use it well
  • Do your daily lessons. Do not leave anything until the time of examination.
  • Get enough exercise every day. It keeps the mind free.
  • Never omit the lesson or homework assigned.
  • Revise at the end of the week all that was learned during the week
  • Be courteous to the officials during a game and sportsman-like with the opposing team.
  • Do whatever work is assigned to you cheerfully.
  • Be grateful to your parents for the love and affection they have shown to you ever since you were a baby.
  • Draw up a study timetable with the help of your teacher 01 parents and be faithful to it.
  • Remind yourself of your duties to God: Prayer will bring Him nearer to you and help you in your need.
  • Take corrections from your parents and teachers.
  • Treat your servants kindly and with sympathy.
  • Do not be noisy and quarrelsome: but try to be cheerful and polite.
  • Remember that study is your first duty as a student: do not neglect your homework and assignments.

The Principal/Management has the right to introduce new rules and amend or change these rules and regulations in case of exigencies and furtherance of the aims and objectives of the Managing Society and the School, as and when the necessity arises.
